Counseling
My counseling sessions are client-centered and guided by what feels most meaningful for you. My role is to offer a genuine, supportive connection and to help you discover new possibilities.
Our work often involves curiosity, self-reflection, and the courage to explore new perspectives. I believe that people are naturally resourceful and able to reconnect with themselves, others and their inner sense of knowing.
Although I am trained in traditional psychological methods and have experience with diagnosis, I do not view people through the lens of labels. Instead, I see people as doing their best to adapt to life’s challenges, using the resources and strategies available to them.
My approach is flexible and responsive to your needs. When appropriate, we may integrate practices such as movement, mindfulness, breathwork, creative expression, or time in nature.
I am licensed in Nevada (USA), and work in a counselor role with clients who reside in Nevada. Most sessions are offered online, so some practices may be limited unless we are in the same location.
Coaching
My coaching sessions are collaborative, supportive, and centered on your goals. They provide a space to reflect, gain clarity, and create meaningful change, guided by what feels most important to you at this stage of your life.
My role is to offer insight, encouragement, and practical support as you explore new perspectives, navigate challenges, and move toward the life or work you want to create.
Coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. Instead, it focuses on personal growth, increasing self-awareness, and helping you move forward in ways that align with your values and goals.
Depending on your needs, our sessions may include reflection, values exploration, mindfulness practices, creative approaches, or body awareness.
Most sessions are offered online, making coaching accessible and flexible wherever you are.
“Do not believe that he who seeks to comfort you lives untroubled among the simple and quiet words that sometimes do you good. His life has much difficulty and sadness. Were it otherwise he would never have been able to find those words.”
Rainer Maria Rilke
“No mud, no lotus.”
Thích Nhất Hạnh
“Your vision will become clear only when you look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”
Carl Jung
I believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone, not only those who can afford it. Everyone deserves care and support when they need it.
Because I do not work with insurance companies and my services are not typically reimbursed, I offer a Pay What You Can (PWYC) or sliding scale fee structure. I do not believe access to care should depend on financial circumstances, and I choose not to participate in systems that exclude people because of their ability to pay.
My standard fee is $120 per hour. If this is affordable for you, I’m grateful to work at that rate. If it is not, we will discuss a fee that feels manageable and fair, and agree on it together at the start of our work.
Fees
For clarity, my sliding scale rate is $50 per hour.
I keep a limited number of reduced-fee spaces available each week.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need clarifications about this.
Payment Options
