“Do not believe that he who seeks to comfort you lives untroubled among the simple and quiet words that sometimes do you good. His life has much difficulty and sadness. Were it otherwise he would never have been able to find those words.”

Rainer Maria Rilke

“Your vision will become clear only when you look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.”

Carl Jung

Counseling

My counseling sessions are client-centered and guided by you—together, we follow what feels most important to explore. My role is to offer a genuine connection and to support you in discovering new possibilities for healing and transformation.

Our work often invites curiosity and a willingness to take thoughtful risks. I believe people are inherently resourceful, with a natural capacity to heal and reconnect with themselves and others.

While I am trained in traditional psychological methods and familiar with diagnosis, I do not take a label-focused approach. Instead, I see people as doing their best to adapt creatively to life’s challenges, rather than as “sick” or in need of “fixing.”

My approach is flexible and responsive to your needs. When appropriate, we may integrate practices such as movement, mindfulness, breathwork, creative expression, or time in nature.

I am licensed in Nevada (USA), and work with clients who reside in Nevada. Most sessions are offered online, so some practices may be limited unless we are in the same location.

Coaching

My coaching sessions are collaborative, supportive, and forward-focused. They are designed for reflection, clarity, and meaningful change, guided by what you feel is most important in your life right now.

My role is to offer presence, insight, and support as you explore possibilities, move through challenges, and create intentional shifts in your personal or professional life.

Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or mental health treatment, and it does not involve diagnosis. Instead, it focuses on present and future-oriented exploration, personal development, and embodied awareness..

Depending on your needs, sessions may include reflection, values work, mindfulness-based practices, creative approaches, or somatic awareness.

Most sessions are offered online, allowing flexibility and accessibility across locations.

I believe mental health support should be accessible to everyone, not only those who can afford it. Everyone deserves care and support when they need it.

Because I do not work with insurance companies and my services are not typically reimbursed, I offer a Pay What You Can (PWYC) / sliding scale system. I do not believe access to care should depend on financial circumstances, and I choose not to participate in systems that exclude people for this reason.

My standard fee is $120 per hour. If this is affordable for you, I’m grateful to work at that rate. If it is not, we will discuss what feels respectful of your situation and agree on a fee together at the start of our work.

Fees

For clarity, my sliding scale rate is $50 per hour.

I keep a limited number of reduced-fee spaces available each week.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
